Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Armée is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by carriers.
Packages marked as DELIVERED by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Armée is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
9. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are provided for guidance only and may change due to production or logistics delays.
